Key Responsibilities Include:

■ Daily Management and Maintenance

Our daily tasks include confirming and managing repair requests from various police precincts, monitoring attendance and repair work status, and verifying that maintenance items and quantities meet requirements. We ensure that repair teams adhere to police department regulations when replacing equipment with specifications that guarantee the stability of the surveillance system.

■ Regular Performance Adjustment and Inspection

Each month, we clean and adjust the performance of the central servers and review the footage from all cameras to ensure image quality and operational performance are at their best. Additionally, we regularly check the functionality of surveillance systems across precincts to ensure full coverage and system integrity in all areas.

■ Collaboration and Integration

We serve not only as technical service providers but also as collaborative partners. We coordinate with council members, neighborhood leaders, and other community stakeholders for camera inspections and relocations, ensuring their needs are swiftly and effectively addressed. We also actively participate in cable management and maintenance projects with district offices and relevant units to ensure uninterrupted operation of the surveillance system.
