Since 2005, we have been contracted to undertake various special-purpose military vehicle modification projects for the Armed Forces, having successfully completed over 700 military vehicles to date. In response to the growing demand in the market for specialized mobile vehicles, in 2019, we established a research and production base - the Longtan Factory. This facility aims to enhance our in-house production capabilities and technological expertise.

To meet international standards, we obtained ISO9001 certification and received approval from the Vehicle Safety Certification Center (VSCC) of the Ministry of Transportation for vehicle safety inspections. This accreditation grants us the qualification of a "Vehicle Body Manufacturing Plant." We successfully passed evaluations based on seven major indicators, encompassing equipment operation, technology, scale, manpower qualifications, quality assurance standards, and cybersecurity measures. In 2021, we achieved the highest level (Level 4) in the Academia Sinica's evaluation for "Cabin Design and Manufacturing Supply Chain," making us one of the few suppliers designated by the Academia Sinica with negotiation privileges. This distinction positions us as a market leader in the industry.

Technical Highlights

Structural Design Analysis Module Possessing robust capabilities in manufacturing specialized vehicle cabins, our structural design analysis module allows for stress analysis diagrams to be completed at the early stages of cabin design. Through these diagrams, potential stress concentration areas can be identified and adjusted during the design phase, thereby eliminating manufacturing challenges in subsequent stages.

EMP Protection Certified by the Vehicle Safety Certification Center (VSCC) as a qualified Level 4 cabin manufacturer designated by the Academia Sinica, we have the expertise to produce cabins with EMP protection capabilities, achieving an 80dB isolation level. This certification allows us to undertake cabin manufacturing, maintenance, and EMP protection production tasks.
