Minghsin University of Science and Technology celebrated its 54th anniversary under the theme "Breaking Barriers with 54 Stones, Stars of Tomorrow." The grand celebration included various events and a sports day, showcasing the remarkable achievements of the university in teaching, industry collaboration, and more. Adding to the festive atmosphere was the recently completed "AI Featured Classroom Teaching and Experience Center," a project diligently completed by our company ahead of schedule, becoming a focal point for exhibition and visitation during the celebration.

MiTAC collaborated with Minghsin University of Science and Technology to establish the "AI Featured Classroom Teaching and Experience Center." The planning for this project began in May 2019 and was completed on September 30, 2020. The transformation involved redesigning a 104-square-meter old classroom space in Mingming University of Science and Technology into a sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing AI Smart Experience and Teaching Center. The experience center comprises teaching classrooms and four major experiential zones, providing students with a balance between theoretical learning and practical validation.

MiTAC, in collaboration with Microsoft's cloud systems, including MS Azure, MS Teams, and MS Learn, has designed four AI experiential scenarios: "AI Good Fortune," "AI Enjoy Shopping," "AI Delight in Tourism," and "AI Fun in Financial Management." The integration includes features such as facial recognition registration kiosks, vein pattern access control machines, 3D people flow analysis systems, and guided robots. These novel devices, along with AI foundational tutorials in areas such as autonomous vehicles and robotics, create a comprehensive AI learning environment for the faculty and students of Minghsin University of Science and Technology. This initiative marks the university's first step toward becoming an AI Smart University City.

Dr. Hu Hsin-Cheng, Project Manager of MiTAC, emphasized the urgent demand for tech talent, particularly in the field of AI, which is poised to be a crucial theme in the future tech industry. In response to this developmental trend, MiTAC is committed to ongoing collaboration between industry and academia. The aim is to assist educational institutions in establishing various experiential classrooms for emerging technologies, ensuring a continuous and strong link between the industry and academia in nurturing tech talent.
